Nourish a Local Child Today—Your Giving Tuesday Gift Stays in Your Community.
You may have missed Giving Tuesday — but you haven’t missed your chance to nourish a local hungry child.
1 in 3 children in Canada arrive at school hungry.* Not distracted. Not unprepared. Hungry.
100% of your donation goes towards helping school breakfast programs.
We currently support 3,000+ student nutrition programs across Canada

More families are struggling than ever, and the food children bring to school (or lack thereof) reflects this. The Make Happy Tummies fundraising has been such a blessing for student nutrition programs, allowing them to continue serving nutritious foods to students.

I come in multiple days a week to help children at the local school who have no food. I get hugs from kids I don’t even know, and I’m positive they are grateful that someone is able to provide them with a meal. This program is essential.
Giving Tuesday: On the Air for Good
Our friends are helping us nourish hungry children this Giving Tuesday, sharing their personal stories of the importance of breakfast and uniting us as we look to nourish children across the country.
Join your favourite morning show hosts as they rally behind children in their communities, using their voices to shine a light on something that matters deeply – ensuring every child starts the school day with a nutritious breakfast.
Together, they’re sharing stories about why breakfast matters, the impact it has on learning and focus, and the reality that 1 in 3 children in Canada arrive at school hungry*.
That’s why they’re helping us raise awareness and inviting you to help us Make Happy Tummies this Giving Tuesday.
100% of your donations make an impact, nourishing children in your neighbourhood.

About Make Happy Tummies™
Our Toonies for Tummies™ campaign returned as Make Happy Tummies earlier this year, and we’re grateful for the support from Canadians nationwide!
Make Happy Tummies is powered by community partners, including grocery stores, restaurants, and individual donors, all working together to fundraise for local breakfast programs through year-round campaigns and events. Thanks to the support of our industry partners, 100% of donations go directly to stigma-free breakfast programs managed by Student Nutrition Ontario and Breakfast Club of Canada.
